We’re moved into our new office space at wework and ready to conquer the field of user experience. We’ll be blogging often (well, when we’re not playing foosball and/or pool at our new space), so keep in close touch.
Our intention and goal at Motivate Design is to go beyond exposing what users need at a feature level and use research to uncover what users need both rationally and emotionally to feel engaged, satisfied, and have an overall positive experience with your brand.

Not to mention, we want companies to understand and appreciate good research. Therefore, we combine consulting with mentoring and training to assure that the user experience practices have momentum within an organization.
